Soups are available by the cup or by the pot.

S.1. Potak

A combination of shrimp, scallops, squid in a clear broth flavored with lime,
mild yellow onions, sweet bell peppers, straw mushrooms, a spicy blend of chilies,
galanga root, scallions, lemongrass and magrut leaves.

S.3. Tom Kha

Tender chicken breast or fresh shrimp simmered in coconut broth with lime,
straw mushrooms, mild yellow onions, sweet bell peppers, lemon grass,
galanga root, scallions and magrut leaves.

S.4. Tom Yum (Hot and Sour)

Tender chicken breast or shrimp in a clear broth flavored
with lime, mild yellow onions, sweet bell peppers, straw mushrooms, a spicy
blend of chillies, lemongrass, garlic, and magrut leaves.

S.5. Keo Nam (Wonton Soup)

Wonton noodles filled with marinated ground chicken and sliced chicken breast
simmered in a clear broth with mild yellow onions, fresh napa,
scallions and straw mushrooms.

S.6. Tofu Soup

Firm tofu in clear broth with straw mushrooms, mild yellow onions,
fresh napa, scallions and bean thread noodles.
